New system installed 6 months ago, makes noise like a washing machine on spin cycle when the high fan speed kicks on. Fan has already been replaced and all Goodman can suggest is to replace it again.

Unit leaks rusty fluid into pan, and leaks condensation in parts that should never collect condensation, even according to the installer.

Now that I have read some reviews of Goodman, it seems it was a huge mistake to purchase it. With the installer blaming the equipment, and Goodman blaming the installer, I am out significant money and have a loud, rusty, leaking mess.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $8500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

That looks like the installers problem return is wrong size and or duck work all The evaporators will always condensate it's up to the installer to make sure that it drains properly doesn't leak on the heater or on the floor if you the TXV valve they seem to condensate less then a fixed orifice another thing you can try pulling the filter out and run it and see if it's any quieter also there's fan speed setting on the unit That could be checked to make sure it's going the write speed good luck hope this is been of some help to you
