Had problems just days after the 5-year warranty expired - thought we would still be covered because the installer wrote "ten year warranty" on the contract. Goodman said they had no record of our warranty.
The installer said this was common with Goodman - but for some reason he still does business with them per his web page.
So we paid $1800 for another repairman to fix the AC - the repair did not work - we are now being told to replace the entire system. It takes a lot to make me angry - Goodman can cheat with the best of them.
Monetary Loss: $6600.
